How do I clean my ColcaSac?
First–don’t put in washing machine or dryer! When washing a ColcaSac, the main consideration is the need to avoid shrinking. We suggest spot washing. If there is a dirty area, use some mild soap and a rag, then let air dry.
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes we do! Email us at contact at colcasac.com with your dimensions (we recommend getting those dimensions online by Googling “your product dimensions”. We charge $5 for custom sized.
I have an iPad but don’t yet have an Apple Smart Cover. Which size ColcaSac should I get?
This is a tough call. Our sleeves really shine when they fit nice and snug. If it were me, I would go without the Apple Smart Cover and get the ColcaSac for just the iPad 2. But there’s no right answer here.
Is there really a difference in size for the Apple Smart Cover and the regular iPad 2?
Yes there is. It is a small difference, but it is noticeable.
Can I return my sleeve?

Do you gift wrap?
We do for an extra $3.99. Just select that option when checking out.
I’m having trouble with my order–it won’t go through.
First make sure you have the right billing zip code, credit card number, expiration and security code. If it still is not working you can try checking out through Paypal (if you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still pay with your credit card through Paypal). Or you could call us at 801-938-4881 and we will happily help you out!
I’m having trouble picking out which sleeve to buy as a gift.
This can be difficult. We can tell you that our most popular sleeve is the Uintah style. Good luck.
I didn’t get a confirmation email.
Did you check your spam/junk folder? If it’s not there, we likely have the wrong email address for you. Call us 801-938-4881 or email us at contact at colcasac.com and we will get it sorted out with you.

How long will it take for my bag to ship?
We normally ship within 1 to 2 business days. We’ll let you know if there are any delays beyond 2 business days.
My tracking says the order is delivered but I haven’t seen it yet.
This happens more than you would think. There are a few explanations.
1. You live in an apartment/condo and the front desk has it.
2. You live with family or roommates and someone else in the house picked it up and has yet to tell you.
3. USPS tracking is wrong. It will likely still arrive soon.
Let us know if none of these seem to be the issue.
Can I buy in bulk?
Yes, email us at contact at colcasac.com and let us know what you are looking for.
I think I was billed twice.
That can happen, but it is much more likely that you are seeing more than one authorization on you bill. Those go away after a couple days. If it is still there after 5 days, call us and we can work through it.
