You may return any product within 60 days from the date of your order for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price of the item provided: (1) Item is in brand new condition and undamaged in any way; (2) The item is returned with proof of purchase info; and (3) the "RMA" (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is clearly visible on the outside of the return package..

To take advantage of our 100 % Guarantee please ensure you meet our returns policies (above) and then fill out our returns form (found in the bottom section of this page) to obtain your RMA number and further instructions.

Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the card that made the original payment. If you purchased your item through a reseller or distributor please contact them for support.

WARRANTY+

ColcaSac offer a 3 years warranty period. We stand behind our products so if your item suffers from a defect within the warrantee period and your claim meets our guidelines ColcaSac will repair or replace the item.

Colcasac warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship. This replacement and repair warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the Product. This warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property.

To find out if you qualify to have an item replaced under our warranty service in the first instance please complete the Warranty Inquiry Form below. After inspecting your product using photos you have sent to us and confirming the defect, we will at our discretion, either agree to repair or replace your Colcasac product free of charge. In this case we will ask you to fill out the returns form (found in the bottom section of this page) and will advise you of the shipping instructions.

Please note: Warranty claims can take up to 7 business days to process. If you purchased your item through a reseller or distributor please contact them for support.

To return your item for refund or exchange under our Warranty or Guarantee policy you will need to fill out the form below. You will need to enter your original sales order number (sent to you by Email at time of purchase) to complete this form. If you don’t have this number please use our contact form to request it stating your name, address, Email address and date of purchase before filling out the form.

Once we have received your completed form (including your sales order number) we will reply with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and shipping instructions so that you can send the item(s) back to us. Any packages sent back to us without an RMA number clearly on package will returned to sender.

Please note: The customer is responsible for transporting the product for repair or replacement (unless it is deemed that the wrong item has been shipped or is defective on receipt). We recommend using a service like UPS or FedEx which will give you a tracking number when shipping items back to us. Once your bag is safely in our hands the returns or warranty process will begin.
