Materials

The Juan Valdez features a jute burlap exterior reinforced with a mid weight hemp lining and a very soft recycled polyester fleece. The coffee-inspired art is printed on the burlap using dye and silkscreen.

Story behind the name

The Juan Valdez is the rebirth of the beloved Original AppleSac. If you’re a 100% coffee aficionado, the name is a no-brainer. Juan Valdez is an iconic figure of Colombian coffee growers and coffee in general. I remember him pouring a cup of freshly brewed coffee for Bruce Almighty (played by Jim Carrey) and then he headed out with Conchita, his trusty burro. To this day, I still wonder how that cuppa tasted, but Bruce sure did get a kick of energy!

Care

A ColcaSac sleeve will require close to no maintenance If you get it dirty, we recommend spot cleaning it with a mild detergent and letting it air dry. Don’t machine wash or dry.

Will your sleeves fit my device?

Yes. All of our sleeves are designed to fit your MacBook, iPad, Kindle and iPhone. Simply select your device size from the options provided to make sure that you're getting the right sleeve size for your device. We have also made slightly bigger sizes for your iPad with Apple Case on.

Do you ship to my country?

We basically ship to all countries so we can deliver the items to you no matter where you are. When you're on the checkout page, simply indicate the country where you want us to ship your ColcaSac. Please note: your country may charge you import tax.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We usually ship orders within 24 hours of the transaction on business days. Shipping times depend on which shipping method you choose. US customers can go for UPS 1 Day Service for guaranteed next business day delivery, USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-4 Business Days. International customers can go for USPS First Class Mail International which usually takes from 6-20 days or UPS Intl Worldwide Saver which takes only 1-3 business days.
